Lebanon Hills Park | Minneapolis Maternity Session

Caitlyn & Austin reached out to me about doing their maternity photos, and we decided to shoot at Lebanon Hills Park here in Minneapolis. And WOW, it was gorgeous.

We had the perfect golden hour light streaming through the trees almost the whole evening, and then right before sunset we got a little bit of rain. But Caitlyn & Justin were prepared and brought a clear umbrella! (I know from this alone they will be great parents!)

Caitlyn was absolutely glowing in her wine-colored, velvet maternity dress. (You can see a really similar one HERE if you wanna get one for your self). They really wanted this session to really represent them, as they truly are. And they also wanted to capture this new season of life before becoming parents. It’s a big transition, and it was so much fun to capture these pictures for them.

It was also the perfect time of year at Lebanon Hills Park because we had flowers blooming everywhere. So we got to do some cool double exposure shots using the flowers.

You two make being a Minneapolis Maternity Photographer look GOOD. Thanks for making my job easy ;)
