In-Home Couples Session | Minneapolis Engagement Photographer

I am absolutely obsessed with this cozy in-home couples session that I am sharing from the archives today.

I can’t believe I haven’t blogged this before, but you HAVE seen Jade & Thalen on my blog! Because after this session, I shot their maternity shoot & I blogged that last month! See it HERE.

I loved meeting up with them and creating these cozy, laid back photos. Their love for each other is so apparent and I never get tired of taking their photos!

When we decided to do an in-home couples session I begged them to bring their guitar because it is such a special thing between them and I knew it would add a personal element to their photos. I’m always a fan of my couples bringing personal props to their sessions. I don’t love the cheesy photo props, but something you genuinely love from your life? Something that has personal meaning to you two? PLEASSEE bring those things!! They make your images so personal .
